Breakfast:
Thursday: Omelets & eggs to order, Thanksgiving cranberry spiced French toast, home fries
Friday: Smoked salmon & cheese frittata, shredded potato hash browns
Sunday: Breakfast burrito bar (potato, egg, cheese, onion, bell pepper)

Each Day: Cold cereal; oatmeal; toast and spreads; cottage cheese; yogurt; self serve waffles

Thursday: Honey mustard  & garlic roasted turkey, rustic mirepoix herb stuffing, gravy, cranberry sauce w/orange zest, sweet potato & pineapple sauce, mashed potatoes, roasted veggie medley, mixed micro greens w/radish & tomato, pumpkin pie & fruit

Shabbos:
Dinner: Chicken soup w/matzah balls, mezze platter (chumus, garlic confit, olives, pickles, red schug), seared cod, herb roasted chicken,hot smoked & braised BBQ beef brisket, season oven roasted vegetables (squash, zucchini, onion, tomato, mushroom), roasted red potatoes w/olive oil, garlic & onion, Sephardic tagid rice, apple crumble & fruit platter

Kiddush Lunch: Smoked salmon, beef chullent stew, smoked cold cut deli platter (turkey breast, corned beef, pastrami), Israeli couscous w/pesto, roasted beets, salad bar, pecan bars, fruit platter

3rd Meal: Salads, chips, celery, grapes, carrots

Dinner: Penne pasta 3 ways (fresh vegetable marinara, pesto, brown butter & parmesan), halibut, garlic bread, bruschetta salad, ice cream sundae bar
